Welcome to Chelsey Blakley Consultants (CBC). By accessing our website, purchasing a product, scheduling a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, services, products, consultations, audits, strategy sessions, or digital resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services Provided

Chelsey Blakley Consultants (CBC) provides business consulting, visibility consulting, website strategy, website development, audits, digital products, educational resources, coaching, and related business support services.

All services are provided on a professional best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific business, marketing, financial, visibility, traffic, lead generation, or revenue outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Respond to requests in a timely manner.

  • Supply required content, materials, and approvals.

  • Participate in scheduled meetings and consultations.

  • Review deliverables promptly.

Project delays resulting from client inactivity may impact project timelines and delivery dates.

4. Payments

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your invoice, proposal, service agreement, or checkout page.

CBC reserves the right to suspend work for overdue invoices.

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, processing fees, or third-party platform costs.

5. Refund Policy

Strategy Sessions, Audits, Consultations, and Digital Products are non-refundable once delivered.

Website projects, consulting engagements, and custom services may be eligible for partial refunds only if work has not yet begun.

Completed work, delivered services, and digital downloads are not eligible for refunds.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice.

Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may be forfeited without refund.

CBC reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, templates, strategies, graphics, documents, website content, branding assets, and materials created by CBC remain the intellectual property of CBC unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients receive a license to use purchased materials for their own business purposes.

Reselling, reproducing, distributing, or sharing CBC materials without written permission is prohibited.

8. Website Projects

Website development projects require client participation, feedback, and approvals.

CBC is not responsible for:

  • Third-party platform outages

  • Hosting issues

  • Domain registration issues

  • Search engine algorithm changes

  • Future website performance after project completion

Clients are responsible for maintaining access credentials to their accounts.

9. No Guarantees

CBC provides strategic recommendations, consulting guidance, and implementation services.

Because business success depends on numerous factors beyond our control, we do not guarantee:

  • Revenue increases

  • Lead generation results

  • Search engine rankings

  • Website traffic

  • Sales conversions

  • Business growth outcomes

Past results do not guarantee future performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

CBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services, website, products, or recommendations.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the applicable service.

11. Termination

CBC reserves the right to terminate services if a client engages in abusive behavior, fails to meet payment obligations, violates these terms, or creates an unsafe working environment.

Any outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting client information and handling personal data responsibly.

13. Changes to Terms

CBC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
