Booking: All services must be booked through our online platform. When booking, please provide any relevant details and preferences to ensure your needs are met. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is successfully made. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Failure to notify us within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee. No-show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee may apply. To avoid this, please ensure you cancel or reschedule in advance. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking for most services. You can securely complete your payment via our online platform. For certain services, a card on file may be required to process future bookings or payments. Service Availability: All appointments are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation with your booking details, including the service provider assigned and your appointment time.
